The D&M Podcast
The show
The D&M started the way most good ideas do - at the end of a party, on plastic chairs, when everyone else had gone home and we were still going.
We're not experts. We're not life coaches. We're two people with opinions, questionable life experience, and a firm belief that the conversations happening after midnight are the most honest ones.
New episodes every week. Topics vary. Quality of our decisions does not.
The hosts
Chaotic. Hilarious. Somehow always right.
Alex is the kind of person who knows someone for every situation. Arrives late to everything, including plans she made herself. Is inexplicably good at advice despite having absolutely no business giving it. Owns multiple things she cannot explain the purchase of.
Polished on the outside. Unravelling within.
Merryn has strong opinions about most things and will argue them with complete confidence even when she's wrong. Particularly wrong about: men, wine regions, and whether a 45-minute commute "builds character."
What's a D&M?
"A deep and meaningful conversation. Usually happens around 1am. Usually starts with 'ok don't judge me...'"
You know the one. Chairs dragged into a circle. Someone's way too awake. No one's making good decisions. No one's leaving either.
That's the show. Every week, Merryn and Alex sit down and have the kind of conversation that probably should have stayed in the group chat. Slightly unfiltered. Completely unnecessary. Highly recommended.
